No matter what you do, it is never uncomfortable to watch celebrities behaving on their computer screens. Even though it includes watching a pop star nearly cut her fingers off several times, there is one pandemic TV show that is actually calming.
Cooking is art or a song, such as painting or poetry. There is no soul to the recipe. If you’re a chef or you want to become a chef, no matter how successful you are, what you love is the cooking process and the pleasure of cooking.
In the year 2020, in order to survive their quarantine time, people acquired and learned new abilities and hobbies. Singer Selena Gomez brushes up on her culinary skills with the aid of master chefs while in quarantine. The show was fun to see Selena enjoy the process of producing and spending more time in the kitchen than ever before.
Season 1 of the Selena+ Chef was a big success in 2020 and viewers were hooked to this show and expected another season to come.
‘Selena+ Chef Season 2’ is created by an industrial media firm, The Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC). Along with Saidman, Eli Holzman and Leah Hariton of IPC, Gomez serves as executive producer through her July Moon Productions banner.
The first three episodes of Season 2 of “Selena + Chef” are available on HBO Max for streaming.
Back in March or April, as we went to Season 1, a lot of us producers were thinking, how are we going to continue to create content in the midst of this pandemic? And if so, how are we able to do it responsibly? And what protocols are those? We have invented and introduced protocols in many respects that we have never had to remember before,” Saidman said. “When we knew what we were doing, we were able to move even faster in Season 2 once we had created the show and figured out how to do it.”
